The DAIG – 1200 is a specially developed equipment to ensure constant feeding and flow control of clay to the other equipment in the production line. It has metal tracks that form a drag chain, transporting the product until it passes through an adjustable dosing gate. The clay then passes between rotating knives with cutting rods, which crush the larger lumps, providing continuous feeding and correct supply to the entire production line.

Its dosing system is fully adjustable, supplying the clay according to your needs. After the initial dosage level is set, it will constantly supply the rest of the production.

To increase its autonomy and reduce labor, a metal silo is optionally available.

Our Feeder Dosers can be purchased in variable lengths between 4000 mm, 5000 mm and 6000 mm.
