Always seeking to meet the needs of the market, we designed an Extruder with a much more compact and economical body than Traditional Extruders. However, the extrusion quality was maintained and it has the capacity to produce conventional bricks of up to 15×15 cm.

This equipment was designed for those who want to have high quality in their product and do not need a high production volume. Its operation is the same as that of Traditional Extruders, with tamping hammers, interchangeable internal lining and a vacuum system to remove air from the clay.

It is the Smallest Extruder of conventional brick on the market! It can extrude bricks with a maximum size of 15×15 cm.

In addition to being used to make bricks, due to its compact body and easy operation, it can also be used in the Artisanal Ceramics Sector, for the preparation/recycling of the mass that will be moulded.

The Vacuum Extruder, model MVIG – 180, is manufactured using the best materials on the market. Its casing is made of steel with structural reinforcements, ensuring excellent durability. Its parts are resistant and durable, and have an interchangeable system, ensuring the possibility of easy and quick replacement.
